Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Time Frame for Returns

Return requests must be submitted within:

  • 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
  • 14 days for general return requests (if applicable under your store policy).

After this period, returns may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Note: Shipping fees, handling charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged/defective items

Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the standard return procedure.
